* No Race Day Registration, Pre-registration only. Number pick up begins at 7:30 AM on the day of the event. Part of the 2008 NEBRA Cross Ranking System Collegiate/NCCA riders may enter their appropriate category, but must note which school they represent as their teamname, race in their NCCA jersey, and show an active NCCA license at registration. Elite Men, Women & Under-23 must have UCI license. Masters can only ride in one Masters race. For example, a Cat 3 rider cannot register for both the 9:30am 3/4 Masters race and the 10:30am 1/2/3 Masters race.

Information: Riders entering the Elite Women, Elite Men, and U23 Men races MUST have a UCI/USCF International license. UCI rules apply! No flat bars or tires wider than 35mm. A domestic USCF or NORBA license is acceptable for other categories, and are run under USCF permit. Mountain bikes without bar ends are allowed in USCF races.

Cat 4 Men will have a new, seperate race at 8:30 AM. In the 9:30 AM race, Cat 3/4 Masters and 55+ Masters all have seperate starts. In the 1/2/3 Masters Race, 35+ and 45+ is a combined race, with additional 45+ results recorded. In the Junior/Cat 4 Women Race, all Juniors start together. Cat 3/4 Women will have a separate start.

For separate starts, groups are staged with a gap, stay where they are on the line, and are started at 30-second intervals.

Riders in UCI events will be staged by UCI ranking, then order of registration. Riders in USCF events will be staged by Verge NECCS standings, then order of registration.

Elite Men's prizes will have 2% deducted from the published prize list for the UCI Riders' Contribution to the Fight Against Doping.

Registration: Register online at www.BikeReg.com. Online Regristation closes on Thursday, October 30.

Day-of registration opens at 8am and closes 30 minutes before each event. A $5 Day-of fee will be charged for entries purchased on the day of the race. There is no Day-of fee for Juniors 10-14.

Showers: showers are available at the JFK school Aquatic Center1 from 10a.m. to 4:30p.m., anyone using the showers must be out of the building by 5:00. Access is from the back of JFK near the tennis courts - through the glass triple doors. Racers must check in at the pool office.
