Lara Kroepsch
Associate Coach
 Lara races professionally on the road with Team Lipton and prior to that raced for three years with the T-Mobile Professional Cycling Team. She began racing while studying at the University of Colorado, and after winning 7 national team championships (road and mountain), and 2 individual national criterium titles, Lara graduated in 2001 with a B.S. Summa Cum Laude in Biology. She has helped in and conducted many research projects at the Applied Exercise Science Laboratory alongside fellow Cycle-Smart coach Ben Turner and notable physiologists Allen Lim and Dr. Bill Byrnes.
While Lara's passion as a coach is to help female cyclists enter and succeed in the sport, she's a knowledgeable and enthusiastic coach for male and female athletes of all levels.
Lara lives in Newbury Park, CA and is currently accepting new athletes.
