I know, I know, it's been a while since I've posted a proper blog. I have so many stories to tell about USA Crits, broken wrists, Belgian beers, and stressful tears. But as usual, there's too much going on to stop and talk about it for more than 140 characters at a time on Twitter. You know the story.
 
I was thinking, though, while training today, how much I wish I could broadcast what I'm listening to on my rides. I need an app that sends each song that comes up in the shuffle to Twitter. I'd probably lose some followers who are already on the edge of overload.
 
So instead, here's today's playlist from my 3.5 hour ride. Song, artists, album. Also, if you got my 1980's WERS reference in the blog title, please raise your hand. And let me tell you, the transition from Refused to Damon & Naomi almost made me crash.

It would be even better if I could download that as a playlist with the songs included. But I had the same idea for an app when you tweeted '50+ watts' today.
