Every Day Is Like Sunday

Saturday, May 15th, is International Fluevog Day:

Since it's a Saturday, I'm home, and there's no race, I'm tempted to go down to Newbury Street and, GASP! - go shopping. On a weekend no less. I've been eyeing the vegan Radio CBC's online for a while:

I'd prefer the white, but the plaid is only vegan option. I think we've recovered enough from the third wave of ska that I could wear these now and not look like a punk rock circus clown.

I still haven't been to the new Ben Sherman store they opened on Newbury, so that's kind of exciting, too. But it occurred to me: since I'd likely be wearing Fluevogs and a Ben Sherman already, would shopping in said costume be akin to wearing a concert t-shirt of the band you've currently gone to see? It sure feels that way.

This is what normal people do on the weekend, isn't it?

I think you should go down there and pick it up, pick it up, pick it up.
