Training Log, February 11, 2010
Submitted by Adam Myerson on Fri, 02/12/2010 - 02:54.
Tempo ride today. 200-250 watt pulls for the first 3 hours, then an hour of tempo at 250 from hour 3:30 to 4:30. This loop usually takes closer to 6 hours, but we were ripping it most of the day, and I ran out motivation and ideas for extra loops around town just to get the time in. We were done; it was ok to stop.
Not a ton of details otherwise. Enjoy.
