It's somewhat difficult to type when you're wearing a cat while working:

 

However, she does have a good handle on the basic coaching concepts, and cat-as-ascot is certainly more fashionable than a Rapha bandana.

Basic coaching from cats? Cats stretch in the morning, play with their prey before devouring them, have serious fast twitch muscle reaction when chasing the mouse. Buts cats are fickle, moody, and would likely quit a race if they weren't feeling quite right or if it was raining or in not-perfect conditions. And while you probably can't, or shouldn't, wear a dog, they are happy to race around in circles for hours, have a balance of fast and slow-twitch muscles, and don't care what kind of conditions they are in. In fact, the dirtier the better. So dogs are, in short, the perfect CYCLOCROSS pet! Just so you know, there are only 60 days left before the first cross race in the upper midwest...

I'm don't consider myself a cat person, but I gotta say, I like this look. The Rapha bandana is getting really tired.
