Beer

Scaldis on tap and Curieux on cask. I might be drunk later tonight. These are 2 of my 5 or so favorite beers. I've really only had a handful of beer on cask, but Curieux is by far the best.

I'm going to ask you to step outside your normal range and give the Smuttynose IPA a chance. I hear it's a great offering. and be careful with that Curieux, yo.

Wait... Have the Allagash folks ever been to the Ommegang Brewery Fest? I was there a few years ago and had a bourbon cask-aged Belgian-style that was most tasty... Perhaps unsurprisingly, neither myself nor anyone I was with could remember exactly what that beer was called nor who was responsible for its creation... At any rate, enjoy... Scaldis = most excellent beer...
