Mad Men

I don't watch TV except when I'm stuck in a hotel room with a teammate, or I'm watching DVDs over Janice's shoulder when we're in bed with our laptops. True love, I guess. Lately she's taken to watching Mad Men while I've been away from the winter. Szczepanski is also a fan. I haven't watched it, and all I know about it is based on reviews on NPR. But I saw a picture of Christina Hendricks who plays Joan Hollaway on the show, and now it makes sense.

MadMen is actually a really good show. We don't have a lot of tv time but we actually rent the whole season dvd's of this. the writing is great as is the acting and you've never seen this many people smoke and drink while claiming to work. It's like a night out with Doug. If you're going to be away from home, it's worth the rental.
