Can't Stop Won't Stop

33 hours two weeks ago, 34 hours last week. 6 hours yesterday, 6:50 today. I leave the house at 9 or 10 on my bike, and get home at 5 or 6. I stumble around eating and showering for an hour, and then I work on Cycle-Smart from 6 or 7 until the cafe closes at 10. Then I eat more, and pass out.

If you don't hear from me lately, this is my life. I've been living alone in Tucson for the past two months, in a little efficiency with room for a bed, a stove, a little table, and my bike. Project Hot Animal Machine Tucson.

If you don't get the reference of the entry title, gawd people! Cultural incompetency is a crime. Google can help.

What good is shed time without Ma Ginn making dinner?
Seriously, well done! So much complexity in just one sentence. You nailed the cultural competency, Rollins, Black Flag, living in a cell, and irrational work ethic, all in a single line. This is absolutely the best comment this blog has ever received. Let the people who have no idea what you’re talking about go do some homework! I loaded the entire Black Flag discography on my iPod for the 6 hour ride on Tuesday. I woke up in a bad mood and came home crushing life.
Load up your iPod with the Rush discography and you will come home crushing your iPod.
Whoa ... Hot Animal Machine! I ordered it from an ad out of Thrasher .. I remembered being kinda embarrassed when my mom saw the cover of that cassette on the way to CCD class. I fell out of love w/ Hank for about 10 years, but he has reclaimed a spot in my heart. Not so much w/ his latest music but his spoken word performances, and the IFC show. Punk rock, Belgian beer, cyclocross ... and cheers to you.
"Turned On" is still one of my favorite live albums, hands-down... ditto for "Who's Got the 10 1/2?" by Black Flag... Both great for workouts, warming up, etc... Ah, takes me back...
