Oh my god it's over.

As I just wrote to a few friends, my trip to Europe ended to with me careening into a tree in a really muddy, steep, switchback descent in some God-forsaken place in the middle of nowhere, Czech Republic.

The broken knuckle will heal ok, but I snapped my left hand Red shifter clear in half. And I don't mean the lever. I mean the shift body, like the hood itself. I guess I might have had the clamp a little tight.

I just got to the airport hotel in Prague and have to catch up on work here, but I'll try to blog more before I fall asleep.

Adam, I don't know if you remeber me or not. I rode for Rich Hincapie devo team, and we chatted briefly when you were in with the time guys durring your "team camp" at donaldson. Anyway, I wanted to say it's awesome to see everything going so well. Well, not counting the broken stuff this week. But really, having raced against you and also racing cross I couldn't imagine doing what you're doing. Thanks for being a real pro and just busting your balls over there. Keep it up man!

best of luck,
Dave

Thru hard work and determination you achieved your goals and then some.

Well done.
