CTL for cyclo-cross

What an absolutely perfect Performance Management Chart looks like for an elite-level cyclo-cross rider building up solely for the US season, with no road or MTB race goals as a distraction:

This is Portland, Oregon based 'crosser Molly Cameron's build up so far this season. We've got one more month of building to do, before we start with supra-threshold work at the start of August. Congrats, Molly - despite managing a bike shop and fitting studio full-time, as well as maintaining a relationship, you're totally crushing this!

Did you purposely remove the right hand axis? Even so, it can be extrapolated, right? If you don't mind my asking, why the start from zero CTL? That's a crazy steady progression. It looks like something you'd generate in Excel.
