Dan the Man

I just wanted to get up on the rooftops and shout a big thank you to Dan Vaillancourt for taking a couple hours out of his day today to take me motorpacing on his secret backroads around South Portland, Maine. When another pro rider, from another team, just home from a stage race, is willing to get up early and meet you out on the road, it's just a pretty nice gesture. Dan's that kind of guy.

Sometimes I think Dan behaves like he was raised by wolves in that way that people from Maine sometimes do. It gets weird up here. But who knew he was into ceramics?
